Pre-treatement of metal before coating is very important for a durable result. Phosphate and chromate treatments are used depending on the substrate being coated. Shot blasting can be arranged out of house.
Normal oven operating dimensions are 5000mm 2000mm High and 2200mm wide. Weights not exceeding 120kgs. These dimensions can be altered slightly with oven reconfiguration.
